Personal Training:
Each program is designed with your individual needs and goals in mind. After an initial consultation, Korey will tailor your workouts to meet your specific needs and guide you with nutritional knowledge. He'll figure out where you want to go and how to get you there by specifically designing a workout plan for you.
Customized strength and conditioning programs. These programs are centered on developing strength, form, technique, and endurance. The sessions intensify as your overall ability develops, which will challenge you to go beyond your limits.
Nutritional coaching. Your body’s development isn’t built in the gym alone! It's also built in the kitchen. Korey will review your nutritional needs, eating habits, and how to maximize your progress through the use of food.
Korey works out of his own personal studio and is focused on keeping your health and safety number ONE. All measures have been taken to stay clean & sanitized before and after each session due to Covid-19, so you can workout without the stress of feeling unsafe.
